I spent a decade at HealthCare Pros building the recruiting department from the ground up and guiding it through healthcare staffing's hardest years—including COVID-19.
Through placing 200+ nurses and 600+ contracts, I've learned from the inside how assignments are filled and pay packages structured. What matters most: understanding what nurses need and having the right people in your corner.
